What happened?
Vladimir Aristarkhov
Vladimir Aristarkhov

The first Deputy of the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Aristarkhov announced that the Agency has considered the initiative to establish in Russia a Day of patriotism “worthy of attention”. This is stated in the letter addressed to the Chairman of the Duma Committee on defense Vladimir Shamanov. Aristarkhov also drew attention to possible financial constraints on the part of the budget of the country and indicated the need for further discussion of the initiative:

“The mentioned issue shall be considered as a subject to wide public comment and conduct a historical and chronological assessment of the Russian Academy of Sciences”

What’s the idea of a holiday?

The proposal to declare August, 6th as a Day of patriotism was sent in the state Duma on 14 November 2016. The author – Rahman Anshukov, President of the Association of entrepreneurs for the development of the business patriotism, “Avanti” – not only prepared the draft of the law, but also amounted to an explanatory note to justify the need for the establishment of the feast.

Rahman Anukov
Rahman Anshukov

It states that the introduction of anti-russian sanctions, the purpose of which was the violation of the economic stability of the country, has had the opposite effect. The policy of import substitution was very effective countermeasure, to unite the citizens of Russia in the struggle for economic independence, “which was a real expression of patriotism in difficult conditions of constant political and economic pressure”.

The main role in the fight against sanctions, according to Anshukov, was played by the RF presidential decree dated 6 August 2014 “On application of certain special economic measures to ensure security of the Russian Federation”. Thanks to him, “business patriots” found the strength to move forward and to resist anti-russian policy of the West:

“The Establishment of a new memorable date August 6, the anniversary of the adoption of the decree of the President of Russia, will perpetuate the manifestation of unity within the country, which helped to meet the internal growth external pressure”

Reactions

Even at the time of making proposal to establish a Day of patriotism this holiday has undergone massive criticism. Internet users have used all your sense of humor in order to beat as the title of the new “Victory day” and the purpose of its introduction:

Ρ‚Π²ΠΈΡ‚1
This victory day smells like palm oil (re-write of russian song, can’t be translated)
Patriotic Day is too much though. But we can call it whether Galore Day or Healthy food Day (cabbage, turnip, whatever else is russian)
Vitaly Milonov
Vitaly Milonov

In the state Duma, however, the initiative met no resistance. Deputy Vitaly Milonov has fully supported the idea of establishing a day of patriotism, noticing that mark it is possible and without the usual foreign products:

“It used to be Australian, new Zealand, Argentinian meat, but not now. Only Voronezh, Bryansk only. Indeed, the quality is very decent”

“Patriotism Day” in other countries

The only country in which there is a public holiday with the word “patriotism” in the name, is United States. One of his first decrees Donald Trump announced the day of his inauguration – January 20 – as National day of patriotism. Special piquancy of the situation makes that in the USA even before Trump, there were two public holiday with a similar name: Patriot’s Day is celebrated on 11th November across the country in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack of 2001 and Patriot Day – April 19 in the States of Massachusetts, Wisconsin and Maine commemorating the first battles of the war of independence.

expert Opinion for the HIT-Media
Vasily Abashkin
Vasily Abashkin, senior expert, candidate of economic Sciences, HSE

“I think, to maintain national unity just one occasion. August 6, in my opinion, the date is artificial, opportunistic and politicized that nothing, no one, apart from some individuals, not associated.

Besides, if it be considered as a geopolitical response to Trump, as a flawed attempt. No value added, that is good, I do not see this”

Sberbank has initiated the development of “national ecosystem”, according to “Kommersant“, citing close to the organization sources.

German Gref presented the project during a meeting with Vladimir Putin on electronic Commerce.

Ecosystem – a group of related organizations created around information platform and using its services allowing customers to access the generated suggestions. Major ecosystems include Amazon, Google, and AliBaba.

After 8 years the volume of Economics of the project may be close to 27% of revenue organizations in Russia, which amount to 65 billion rubles. A source familiar with the presentation, said that the Bank works with a large number of consumers, he available your platform, resources and analytical staff. The Bank believed that the project will provide various industry groups related to information goods, communications, government and business services, real estate and others.

According to one variant of implementation of the project, to create a system to be exclusively a savings Bank. In addition, possible collaboration with domestic or foreign, possibly Chinese Internet company.

According to the forecasts presented in this presentation, after 8 years, almost 30% of global revenue and more than 40% of the profits to organizations will bring the ecosystem. In addition, in this area, China could overtake America due to special factors. These include a large domestic market, which is widely used Internet, a high rate of economic development and the abundance of manufacturers, favorable regulation and low development of physical infrastructure, including the penetration of retail chains and the number of service points of banks.

Mark Zavadsky, head of representative office in Russia AliBabaGroup, said that their ecosystem is open to collaboration with companies from Russia, including with Sberbank.

What is Black Friday

Day of total sales, a tradition which came from America. In social networks you can meet the skeptical comments: “In Russia, Black Friday is not accustomed: incorrect we have it. The first stores will raise prices as far as they can, and then pretend that you enter discounts. In the end, the product is still expensive.”

On the other hand, for shops this sale is beneficial as it allows you to sell unsold goods on the shelves. And brand is first and foremost a good advertisement.

2013 Black Friday is held on the grounds of online sales, including at blackfridaysale.ru, where the sale involved about 300 stores. Sold appliances, electronics, home goods, and watches, cosmetics and clothes.

How to use this?

The easiest thing to do in this day shopping online. In this year the action involved such famous brands as Adidas, Reebok, Red Cube, one of the largest online malls AliExpress and others. Discounts at these stores reach 50% and above. For many people this is a welcome opportunity to previously inaccessible things at a low price. In the company “Adidas”, for example, prices of shirts, t-shirts and shorts trimmed in two times, and discounts on laptops in “M-Video” range from 30 to 50%.

In one of the shopping center “atrium” – UNIQLO – as this action takes place. Being the # 1 brand in Japan, in Russia, this brand is rarely collects a large number of buyers. On the day of Black Friday the aisles resembled the trail that was moving hundreds of ants. The Manager of the service center Elena said that on a normal Friday this is rare.

How did it begin?

A public holiday, especially revered American Thanksgiving falls on the last Thursday of November, and the next Friday is also off, and this advantage marketers.

In America, on this day, stores open early: at 5 in the morning, and some even at 2 in the morning and at midnight. Already at 6 in the morning goods from the shelves of small shops are swept away and exhausted cashiers of supermarkets are hard to serve customers with full carts to the brim.

Why is she black?

It is believed that the term Black Friday is associated with the peculiarity of accounting in the US, where profits were recorded in black ink and losses in red. And Wikipedia thinks that Friday was called black in Philly because the streets in the day it was impossible to pass: there were huge traffic jams and crowds of pedestrians and rows of cars created one big mess. There is the original version of that Friday called black by analogy with black holes of the Universe, in which matter is sucked in, disappearing without a trace there.

Director of the Center for industrial markets and business strategies ISRE Alexey Berezna presented stress scenarios for the Russian energy on 23 November at the round table at HSE (National Research University Higher School of Economics).

“The collapse in oil prices”

This scenario is being realized in the present moment. The reasons for more than triple collapse in oil prices are the development of shale oil production in the United States and the widespread implementation of energy saving technologies in developed and developing countries. How will these events affect the Russian economy? They will cause increase in the budget deficit, accelerate inflation and will lead to the freezing of large projects and reduce the stability of the leading Russian oil companies.

“Gas abundance”

The scenario presupposes a sharp increase in the supply of gas to the world market. It can be caused by the spread of the shale technologies of gas production, increase gas recovery and development of the inexhaustible resources of methane from gas hydrate deposits. (Gas hydrates are fossil crystalline compounds of water and gas located mainly in the permafrost zone). For Russia such a scenario would mean a loss of its position in the European natural gas market, the drop in its exports and in this regard the loss of a significant part of budget revenues.

“Total decarbonisation”

Cost reduction in technologies of wind and solar power production and transition to mass use of vehicles running on alternative fuels may lead to the implementation of this scenario. “Total decarbonisation” will hit Russian oil and gas exports, and will also lead to dependence on imports of equipment for alternative energy production.

“The hydrogen economy”

The development of this scenario is due to the large-scale implementation of technologies for the production of hydrogen from water or biomass on an industrial scale and at a low cost. In this case, Russia also faces a loss of its position in the global oil and gas markets and will be forced to import equipment to produce hydrogen.

These scenarios are not a sentence. What should be done to resist their development and prevent the possible consequences?

Valentin Parmon, scientific Director of the Institute of catalysis SB RAS

All energy crises were caused by political reasons. Unforeseen political factors have also changed the situation in the energy sector. In the next 20 years the dominant role in the energy sector will belong to fossil fuels. At the same time it is necessary to develop renewable energy sources, plant raw material should be one of the main resources.

Igor Lobovsky, President of the nonprofit partnership “global energy”

The fuel sources will lead position till 40-50ies. Today the agiotage around alternative energy sources is caused not by a real mass transition on their use but by the growth from virtually zero level. The share of clean energy at the moment is approximately 6.2%. We need technological breakthroughs to challenge traditional sources of energy.

The round table at HSE was called Revolutionary Technologies of Clean Energy, yet, it was not so much about the energy technologies of the future but about the obstacles to their development and how to overcome these obstacles.

What is Β«cleanΒ» energy?

Clean energy is produced with renewable sources and it does not pollute the environment. Clean, alternative or green energy can be produced using wind, solar, water (hydropower), the forces of tides, waves, evaporation of water (geothermal energy) and biofuels. Today green energy is rapidly gaining popularity. It shows especially a rapid growth in USA, EU, China and Japan. The governments of these countries are against traditional energy sources, because emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases could lead to climate warming. The main method of dealing with global warming at the moment is the development of nuclear and renewable energy.

What hinders the advance of clean energy?

Researchers from HSE point out three main problems. The first and the key one is the high cost of equipment for energy storage. Solar and wind farms will not be able to receive a big share in the electric power balance if the energy output is unsteady and unpredictable. The second problem is the need to create from scratch an extensive network of fueling and charging stations. Also an obstacle is the resistance from traditional energy companies to smart energy technology, when users throughout one day can not only buy energy, but also to sell it to the network using their own mini-power plants. The managing Director of “ASIA RENEWABLES” William Il Yang Byun identified another problem at the roundtable: according to his words, the investment in green energy is small despite its apparent attractiveness. Advisor of the Secretary-General of the United Nations on climate change Rae Kwon Chung noted that the problem of investments in the alternative energy sector must be addressed by attracting both private and by public investment.
Government policy should be carried out consistently, according to experts, it is very important to steer energy sector by methods of tax regulation.

Russian energy sector has a chance to stay afloat with the help of the active implementation of alternative energy sources. Possible options include hot spring geothermal energyΒ and hot dry rock geothermal energy.

Hot spring geothermal energy

This kind of energy is widely used in Iceland: the hot springs produce 25% of all energy in the country. The share of traditional fuels accounts for only 0.5%. The Icelandic winner of the Global Energy award Thorsteinn Ingi Sigfusson said that his country’s experience can be applied also in Russia. For example, on the Kamchatka Peninsula, energy from hot springs can provide all the needs of the region. According to experts, the development of hot spring geothermal energy in Russia will allow in 15-20 years to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels such as petroleum and its derivatives by almost one third.

Hot dry rock geothermal energy

The temperature rises by about 3 degrees every 100 meters down in the Earth’s interior. To get energy from this source it is possible to drill two deep wells, then to pour cold water in one of them and to get steam on the other. This method of obtaining energy is still in the testing stage but there is evidence of positive results.

The Russian government has approved the installation of equipment in all cars of the country, which can monitor the condition of machines and store information about them. In the transport sector will be created a special group to develop changes in the legal regulation, to make it possible to install the devices.

“Black box” called the vehicle control system, which serves to collect information on the status of the machine, on the actions of the driver and other data.

Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich has ordered the formation of a special working group that will develop a collection and transport channel all the necessary data about the machine, depending on the need.

“We consider it appropriate to develop two” road maps “: one to improve the legal regulation and the second on the integration of the created system with other information and navigation systems”, – said Alexander Gurko, President of NP GLONASS.

As the “Izvestia”, today only talk about the very idea of order and its implementation, rather than on the financial side of the project.

Autoexpert Igor Morzharetto argues that the bill will implement soon, and it has nothing to do with used cars, but only for new.

Already, in the majority of truck and bus terminals installed “Glonass”, and many trucks also equipped with “Plato”. The main advantage of “black boxes” that all the necessary information about transport will be supplied and stored in the same device, and the drivers do not have to put a number of different devices.

Marina Mogilco, 26, cofounder and head of LinguaTrip portal for those who want to learn foreign languages abroad. Lives and works in Silicon Valley (USA). Marina on how to create your project and got into one of the largest business incubators in the world.

– In Russia there Skolkovo and other business incubators for startups. How is it that you are in the US Silicon Valley?

– We have had proposals in Russia, but we just had to pay part of the business: to our Board of Directors imposed on people by the investor. Because of this, simply disappears motivation to work on the company, since it is actually most of you give. The Development Fund of online initiatives, we were told that the project no one needs and the best thing we can do – to close. In Silicon Valley, we got this: I spoke with a representative of the project “500 StartupsΒ», and it is immediately clear problem, because she was looking for a school abroad and could not find a place where we could all at once and buy the book.

– What were the first emotions after receiving the invitation to the Valley?

– We have a long road to go, a long walk in interviews with investors, and it lasted more than six months. It was a feeling that there are no investors, we do not find and just will slowly grow themselves. Naturally, when the invitation came, it was some kind of euphoria! And it is the first of April, so we do not believe – said it was a joke. Gathered as we are quickly – literally in two days – and drove away!

– If you were five years ago you said that you will have your project with which you will be invited to the accelerator in Silicon Valley, how would you react?

Marina Mogilco
Marina Mogilco

– I would not have believed it! It was so funny, I have long heard about the Valley, but was sure never to get, because I’m not a programmer. For me, it was something cool, but I could not believe that I ever once enter in technology startups. But, as it turned out, everything is possible.

– Initially in 2013 LinguaTrip created as a platform for booking courses abroad. And what do you see the prospects for the development of the portal?

– We have such a goal: a man who wants to learn a language is to be found on the site everything. For example, if he had just started and he wants to practice – we have created the opportunity to speak with native speakers. If he wants to first learn the language on Skype – we have teachers involved in on Skype. If he wants to go to learn a language abroad – we have a school, even at the higher education program, we are also now direct. I think we will continue to strengthen its position, because we want to fill the entire range of language practice.

– Do you own a popular blog on YouTube: almost 50 thousand subscribers. Can we consider it a part of your project?

– Oh sure. I so love what I do, I have no separation, which personal life and where the work – all mixed up! I would not say that it is 100% business: this is what I like to do. At the same time, the blog does play a big role in the business: customers there more confidence when they see the person who makes the company directly.

– How often it is that your project people learn it from YouTube, and then come to your site and use the services: the selection of courses to consultation?

– There are so many! Sometimes people do not even think they want to go somewhere, but watch blog and understand that this is real – for the month to come and go somewhere to learn at least a couple of weeks. Conversely, there are those who come to the site, watch my videos from the blog that we place, realize that it’s all real and decide: everything I do food!

– In his book “Why did not you tell me that in the 20?” Tina Seelig, a professor at Stanford, says that we should not be afraid of failure, because they are often even more important part of the process, than successes. Do you agree with this statement?

– Yes, now this idea is very popular. I think the most important thing – when you get up after setbacks and keep moving on, it turns a kind of “hardening” – you know, that was already in this situation and somehow get out of it.

– What are the setbacks, which you had to face.

– I do not know how it can be called a failure, rather it is a natural process with its difficulties. When we created LinguaTrip, we already had a similar offline business in the same field. We started doing LinguaTrip in 2013, when he began to slowly fall dollar, all currencies have spread, and people are no longer actively travel abroad. In 2014 began the events in Ukraine, sanctions, and people in general have ceased to go. That is our offline business has been at the origin and at the same time, we have built a new online business. The idea is that less time could not come up: the money did not exist, our Founder settled to another job, to reinvest in our business is paid, themselves salaries paid 3,500 rubles a month, living with parents. But then, in 2015, when we launched LinguaTrip, many companies will not survive the crisis were closed, we also entered the market and took clients.

– What advice would you give to those who are just starting their business, and is faced with setbacks and criticism from others?

– We must understand that the majority of people through this pass, but not everything about it is told – usually like to tell success-stories, but nobody likes to tell how he had sat for years to build something, and he said everything sucks, bad . Now these stories there are more and more: on sites like Medium.com people tell their stories about the failures as well. And when you read and see that people now have a success – it’s probably the most motivating. Yet it is important to be yourself. If you decided to become an entrepreneur, you must own decisions. Even if the director FRII says that you need to close the project, because it probably will not fly, you have to decide to continue it or not. And it will be in any case more correct.

The author of dozens of scientific papers on the theory of economic growth and political development of the economy, Ph.D., holder of a PhD at the Sorbonne (UniversitΓ© Paris 1 PanthΓ©on-Sorbonne) Dmitry Veselov talked about why some countries are poor and others rich, why it is important to invest in education and why human capital is the main driver of economic development.

The Russian economy – it is an office building

– Dmitry, I confess honestly, hardly I found your office in this building on Shabolovskaya quite difficult to navigate. And with what building would you compare the Russian economy?

– Probably, the Russian economy – it’s an office building, a state-owned large extent. Because the public sector in our economy now plays a major role. It operates on the principle of hierarchy have a boss, there are a slave. And Russia’s economy lives largely on this principle.

– And who’s the administrative building? Who is in control?

– It seems to me that the modern Russian economy moves to a hierarchical management system, that is, the main decisions are taken on economic development bureaucracy – be it government or state-owned companies. This mechanism of management of the economy can be effective only in certain stages of development. As soon as the economy enters a phase where you need to create something new – goods, services, find new ways to increase productivity, to fill the niche unknown – much more efficient it becomes a different structure. It’s called networking.

– What is the difference between the hierarchical and the network economy?

– In a hierarchical economy you have a large factory. You can invest a lot of money, and it will have an enormous impact in it. This economy of Soviet industrialization. In a networked economy, this resource has been exhausted: You do not need the ore, but you have a million people. And among them there are 10% of people with ideas. And if they implement them, even 1% of these ideas – your economy will change. But in order for them to implement them, we need the institutions of equality of all before the law, protection of property rights, institutions that encourage entrepreneurial initiative and, therefore, access to credit facilities. And the most important, fundamental institution – an independent judicial system: protection of property rights, guarantee of rights and freedoms.

To develop the economy, it is necessary to provide the opportunity for talented people to create their own companies

– For such a transition, as I understand it, you need a lot of time. What are the measures to support the economy, in your opinion, you need to take right now?

– The Russian economy is now on the verge of stagnation. This is not due to the global financial crisis, it is rather an internal matter. Therefore, I think, long overdue, especially reforms aimed at reducing the number of state corporations and state influence in the economy. To develop the economy, it is necessary to provide the opportunity for talented people to create their own companies, to implement their projects. And thus remain in Russia. And power structures of power, all power, should win the confidence of entrepreneurs. budget funds, which are now sprayed state corporations, government agencies on a variety of targets, should be investment in human, that is, in education, health and social policy.

– The economic model (the theme of your dissertation at the Sorbonne) can tell you where to go next?

– My model was not designed for the development of specific measures of economic policy. It is necessary to enhance our understanding of why some countries are rich and others – the poor. That is the understanding of the impact of different interest groups on the economic life of the country. In particular, in my model, I tried to answer the question: “Under what conditions can a society to support reforms aimed at strengthening the freedom of entrepreneurship, increasing competition, reducing the monopoly of the economy, the creation of equal conditions for all before the law?”

– How do you answer this question?

– Get the two options. First, when there is an incentive or interest in a coalition between the elites. The elites – politicians, business owners, etc. -.. Interested in reducing competition. They benefit from the existing assets, it does not make sense to compete. At the same time the middle class, or a skilled workforce in this coalition, as you know, is not included. In this sense, the coalition majority chooses closed institutions. This is just due to the hierarchical structure, which we discussed with you. With the dominance of the state. With access only certain persons to economic activity. Another option, when we go out on the reform, promote economic development. To implement this option, there are several possibilities. First – raising the general level of education, there is an emphasis on human capital as the engine of economic development. If a large part of the society will have access to quality education, it also needs to create a demand for open access institutions – the equality of all before the law, access to credit for business development, an open legal system. The second point – the decline in income inequality. Third – opening up new opportunities for growth. These three factors can alter the political balance.

When we talk about human capital, it is important to understand that each person – edinichka

– In one of your interviews you said: “All my scientific way linked to the question” Why “and an attempt to find the answer to it?”. Answers to any “why” you are looking for right now?

– Specifically, we are now developing an interesting project related to the dynamics of inequality in modern society. There is a theory of why the social conflict that existed in the industrial society, has come to naught. More precisely, there were two conflicts. One – between capitalists and workers. The second – between the capitalists and landowners. The story is that there are two completely different economic development driver. The first driver – is the physical capital. This large factories, buildings, equipment, machinery and infrastructure. When we speak of the physical capital, we understand that it is necessary to concentrate resources. We need to invest heavily to create the capital. That is the highest level of inequality here encourages the development. But if we look at today’s society, it is often a situation where new ideas or projects are not so much in the power of investment, as the presence of a group of interested talented people who decided to do something new in this civilization. That is, there are entire industries and the forces that are oriented to the second device driver development – human capital: education, skills, talents of people. When we talk about human capital, it is important to realize that people, everyone – edinichka. And you need to invest in each person. It turns out, on the contrary, we need to ensure that resources are distributed equally among the people so that everyone can achieve the best. If the company goes to industries that are focused on human capital, it changes its structure. We see why some societies have done this, and others do not.

– You – the researcher who makes predictions for decades ahead. What would you ask the economists, who will be living in 50 years and see firsthand, these predictions will come true or not?

– I would be interested to learn from them how to change economic theory, economic theory as very harsh, we can say, revolutionary changes in recent decades. Economy is interesting in that it is a qualitative change in their condition. And to make a long-term prediction is very difficult in this sense. Therefore, growth theory, which I do, is intended to explain what we see today. To explain it in the context of the whole history of the world – a very interesting task.

We provide entrepreneurs arguments “for” and “against.”

FOR

Yuri Lifshitz, co-founder of coworking center Yuri Lifshitz, co-founder of coworking center “Coverage”: “If you have been familiar with and do projects in the past (eg, the school organized trips), then you know exactly how you will solve the conflict. You have a high level of trust, avoiding micromanagement. Investors clearly prefer teams that have long been working together and have common values. The reason for the failure of startups β„–1 – a conflict cofounders. The long and positive history of relationships may reduce this risk. Example: co-founders of “Yandex” Arkady Volozh and Ilya Segalovich – classmates at the Republican Physics and Mathematics School of Almaty.”

AGAINST

Gabriel Levy, CEO of “Dnevnik.ru:
“Unfortunately, in any” friendly “business, there comes a time when each of the partners have to make a difficult choice between the interests of business and friendly relations. The situation may be different, but the result is usually the same – yesterday’s comrades swear three sheets and, at best, stop communicating, and at worst – have become bitter enemies. In a difficult situation only a few put friendships and relationships over money, power and personal ambitions.”

FOR

Richard Reid, the founder of Innocent DrinksRichard Reid, the founder of Innocent Drinks: “I have many warned that business with friends – a very bad idea. But we have proved that it is not. We were close friends before, but now have become even closer. The last 14 years we are working in the same office. We have three common values. We want to succeed, but do not want to sell it for the soul. And always aware that the work – is one thing, and friendship – is another. At work, we do not discuss personal things outside of work, we do not discuss work. We are very lazy. If someone had a big ego, then we may be, and would be disbanded. When a company has become a large, we were forbidden to fly on the same flight. If the plane falls, there will be nobody to lead the company. Of course, we understand that the idea of intelligent. But still we fly-way, because none of us are not interested to stay in business on its own.”

AGAINST

Vyacheslav Semenchuk, CEO My-Apps.comVyacheslav Semenchuk, CEO My-Apps.com: “If you have friends, then you understand the strong and weak sides of each other? In practice it is not so. Friends, an active and hard-working, business turned in front of the lazy workers in what you have never seen them. Do you trust each other and believe that one you do not throw? In fact, because of the high trust of friends can deceive you for so long that it can not be compared with the usual trick employee. Friends do not have to pay? Once you start working, they focus on all of your money. From my partner and friend, with whom we shared is always 50 to 50, I once heard that he wants 80% of the business (which has already become large) and I the remaining 20%. Then he immediately ceased to be a partner. Friends always help you out in life, is brought to the house drunk and borrow money? In business, this will not wait. Those friends will score a job and tear as possible. And you have to do everything yourself. And to leave with a friend who does not work, we need determination. Because after that in 95% of cases, it ceases to be your friend.”

“I am convinced that to start a business with friends is possible and even necessary. If this is the case in your life, and you invest in it with all my heart, that friends can become a reliable support. This is especially important if you do that no one before you did, and you have a lot of work on the destruction of stereotypes and skeptical statements about the activities of your company. In cases where the coming great moral and material investments, friendship helps keep your internal resources and direct all energy on achieving results. This feeling of fellowship in general an interesting fact, that people are engaged with dedication and faith in a successful enterprise. If the business involves sawing chego-to very valuable and accidentally turned up, or is it a workstation on a large competitive market that has the “special rules”, such as businesses in our country a lot, then it is likely that there may be fast friends stop being friends and generally crap one another injury at the stage of signing the contract.”
