Boris Nemtsov, who I knew personally. We met when I was leading the program “Predictions of the week” on TV-6. One time I interviewed him when he was Governor of Nizhny Novgorod. In the films of this genre I’m used to seeing these beauties as Jessica Alba in “Fantastic four”, or Scarlett Johansson in “the Avengers”, but not “gray mouse” as the main character. Alexander Petrov is more suitable for Comedy films than dramas.

– How did you decide that you want to work in the field of social journalism?

But there are a few things I could change, working in Moscow as a journalist in the regions. – Yes, the job of a journalist is to tell stories, convey information and not to save everyone and everything. – You wrote about the scams that collected money on the streets and in traffic jams ostensibly for sick children. How do you feel about beggars, it is also a Scam? Could there be a situation when the person really is in trouble, and he has no other choice?

– My mother always gives money, so I did. Only after the text in the “Novaya Gazeta” about the starvation mob I am beginning to wonder. I hate begging as a profession. The photographer uses a custom”cinematic” approach, as if documenting the lives of their heroines and creating each frame of the story. His models don’t look dramatic, they have natural poses, facial expressions, there is no falsehood, static character. Photographer loves to shoot models at inopportune moments: when they’re about to shoot or just goofing around, feeling free. Photos by Denis Saw ambiguous, it is impossible to unravel their meaning the first time, they make us think of what it was before this picture and what comes after, giving rise to new questions.

Photography with American actress and model Andie MacDowell is the pride of Dennis Saw. He told us that Andy, when he came to it, was a terribly shy and insecure. The exhibition presents the photo shoot with Andie McDowell, Uma Thurman, Gia Karanja, Brooke shields, Christy Turlington and others.
